A complete disaster and dishonest host. Positive: The location was good. Negative: While the host (possibly staff employee of the owner) was “nice” the stay was a complete disaster. On the second night we were notified of a gas leak problem. We immediately contacted the host who offered for us to go shower and cook at another location but expect us to come back for the night to the current place we were staying. We were confused by the offer, because we assumed he would have just loved us to a new location. After it was clarified we opted to just not shower or cook that night. We felt unsafe, we also had our 8 year old some with us, so we slept with all the windows cracked open to feel a little safer since they could not figure out the whole gas leak. We slept there the second night and first thing in the morning asked the host again about the gas repair situation so that we can take a shower. The host said that he did not know when it would be fixed so we waited and waited until later that day he said that would have to love to another location. We packed our stuff and moved only to run into a whole other series of problems. The water in the showers were either extremely hot or really cold. The first time we told our son to take a shower he went in and then we heard him yell. The water burned his back because it did not have any way of controlling the temperature. Then we tried it in the other shower and it was the same thing. We just dealt with it. We later stated to notice that the doors had holes and the door handles were broken. The kitchen faucet handle was also broken and the lights were also broken. But another huge concern was the lack of locks on the windows. We were on the 7th floor with an 8 year old without any ability to lock the windows for safety. One of the windows did not close fully and caused a whole other issue at night because you could hear all the traffic and all the nice from the outside. It was a complete disaster. I have record and video of all that is being describe here. It was a complete mess to stay at this place.

Great Apartment in the heart of the New Polanco area. Positive: Location, size, valie for money. Pool in the complex Is excellent Negative: At the apartment, NONE of the side lamps in the rooms or the Living room worked. Seems that the Power Outlets were not connected? (did check circuit breakers and all were ok) Also the use of stairway switches in the master bedroom did not work according to standard (operate lights from whichever switch). Had to be guessing which switch would turn the light On/Off.
